We had an excellent 5 day stay at this facility. The proximity and walkability to Paddington station made this perfect for us. Staff was excellent and responsive to two small issues. Downsides were the small size of the bathroom and the confusion over the multiple light switches and their functions. Beds were very comfortable.

Deluxe Studio

I stayed in a deluxe studio on the 1st floor which was very small but fine for me as a solo traveller. There were signs of wear and tear in the room (scuffed doors, loose magnifying mirror in the bathroom, marked curtains), but nothing too severe. The bed was super comfy, the water pressure in the shower was incredible, and it was lovely and quiet at night. I was at the rear of the hotel so I didn't hear any traffic noise. The kitchenette was very basic with minimal implements (no tea towel or bin bags which I would've liked) but enough to get by for 3 nights. The hotel's vicinity to the tube was fantastic though, which made getting around a breeze. The lobby is beautiful and smells incredible, it was a joy to leave and return every day.

The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite a nice size compared to other properties in a similar price point and were very well stocked. The little kitchen space was a bonus. Best shower ever! Very easy walk to Paddington Station with lots of eating options nearby.

The westbourne is a fabulous hotel in a great location. Easy walk to Hyde park, Oxford st and Paddington station. The rooms are well appointed crisp and clean with a Nespresso machine and handy kitchenette. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Lovely little hotel and lovely room, particularly liked the little kitchen, the bed was very comfortable, the windows opened for fresh air, the room was quite spacious, friendly and helpful staff, so close to Paddington station and the beautiful Hyde Park. I will definitely come again.

Excellent location and the comfiest beds

Highly recommend this hotel. Staff was extremely courteous and quick. Hotel is in a great location near the park and a quick walk to Paddington. Room was spacious and bed was amazingly comfortable, probably the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in - soft, great comforter and pillows. I wish I could take it home with me. Also loved the strong water pressure in the shower and Molton Brown products.

It was a lovely stay other than receiving a call from the front desk about a neighbor complaining about our noise - we were in bed watching tv so no idea how that came about. We did notice we could hear the people above us walking around their room but not to the point one would call the front desk

Excellent location near a main train station as well as Hyde Park. The neighborhood is very walkable with many food choices all around. We only spent one night in the hotel but the staff was very nice and the room met our needs easily.

Hotel rooms nice, bathroom all good. Staff nice. But the manager worst people skills ever, British Airlines lost our luggage and wrote down the wrong address, we wanted to contact the transport company and hotel to sort out the address issue but the manager would not let me use the LAN line told me to walk or uber to the other hotel and sort it out. So im stressed with no luggage and a hotel I pay money at doesn't wanna help me, least the Z hotel let me use their phone and spoke to them aswell to sort out the right address... Westbourne needs to go back to people skills school and learn who's spending money to stay at your apparent nice hotel
