Good but with some minor issues

The location of The Westminster is excellent, it is in a quiet neighbourhood yet walking distance to Big Ben, Westerminster Abbey. Very convenient and a reasonably good hotel. Although a few things need to be improved in our room. First the toilet cistern wasn’t operating properly, we had to push it like 3 times to make it flush properly, it was like we had to pump it to make it flush. The floating floor was a mistake in the room as the shower door opens outward and the water drips on the floor and we can see water damage on the floorboard at the edge of the shower. The curtain was not clipped on properly at one end and we had to clip it back in ourselves to make it close properly. Overall it was fine but certainly needs some improvement.

The doormen were amazing and very helpful. It’s around all the big attractions as well, 10-15 mins walk from buckingham, westminster abbey and Big Ben

The hotel was conveniently located just a brief walk from central London and Westminster. The concierge staff were so helpful; shout out to Alicante, excuse misspelling, but he helped us out with 3 bookings including a theatre show. The dining room staff with Nbyat and her team kept the food service running smoothly, no easy feat for a full breakfast crowd. The scaffolding on the building gave a darker-feel to the lobby. Hopefully completed soon, whatever the improvements are. Would solidly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful property with an artistic flair. We came for our honeymoon and everyone from the check in staff to the door men were absolutely a pleasure to deal with. It is a centralized hotel in a quiet area but a short walk to all sorts of landmarks. We would absolutely stay again!

Overall Good Stay

Overall experience was good. The breakfast variety was suitable and all service staff handling the breakfast were excellent. The staff at the hotel entrance were friendly and ready to assist. Housekeeping only provided the still and sparkling water on our last night even though it was suppose to be provided on a daily basis. FYI...the room was smaller than we thought but very comfortable.

To be honest I was surprised no welcome drink or refreshments given.Room was nice and clean.We had 2 floor Queen premium corner room view to car park nothing nice.I was disappointed with coffee machine we had 4 capsules so 2 coffee for each other no milk capsules and no spoons or something to stir the coffee.I think improving needed to be honest.

Great option for Westminster

Very clean, modern room although the standard room is quiet small but if you do t plan on spending your days in a hotel room, the cleanliness and location more than make up for that.

Location is good.

The hotel was in a good location for walking distance to sites. We weren't to keen on the restaurant. There isn't to many close by restaurants. The cafe was great for a quick start breakfast.

It was in a great location and the staff was very nice and helpful! The room was small and paid $30 for an upgrade and to get an early check in in addition to the original payment of $786! Seemed a little pricey! But overall we enjoyed our stay!
