Our room was nice but not what I paid for. I paid for a water view and looked out the window to another room. The dining was awful - the wait staff was terrible. Took forever to take out order then came back 3 times to ask again what we ordered. Never checked on us once food was delivered. And we had to track her down to get the check, at which point she completely ignored my husband and then 15 minutes later finally shows up for us to pay. Overall for what we paid to stay here, it was a completely underwhelming experience. Would not stay here again.

Don’t Stay Here!

I am travel agent and travel Blogger and I don’t recommend staying here. The cleaning of the hotel was very poor stains on doors, showers, Bed Broad, floors not clean, dust, so disappointing.

It was ok

Booked this hotel as it had a shuttle, however the shuttle driver was not looking when he drove through the pickup area and I could not catch it, ended up catching an uber after all. Had a couple service issues and a couple cleanliness issues, however overall the staff was friendly and the hotel was comfortable.

Nice stay just needed coffee. O

Hotel stay was great. Unsure why there was no way to get coffee in the restaurant in the evening. Coffee pot was broken in the room. We had been offered to get coffee at the front desk because then restaurant was not open at 6am. Once we left I noticed a charge for the coffee. That wouldn’t have been so bad but it wasn’t drinkable and tasted like it had been in the pot all night.
