The hotel is clean and in a really good location but the maid robbed my make up purse from the room, I talked to costumer service to the reception I sent emails and they not even said to me that nothing was found but also they can’t do anything about it because the maid said she didn’t found it this is unacceptable and they never call me or write me back

HVAC ( in March) not working properly. With outside temperatures in the 40s Fahrenheit the inside of the room was uncomfortably hot. Couldn’t sleep because of the heat.

The temperature in the room was uncomfortably high, made it difficult to rest or sleep. Enquired at the front desk and was told it was an issue they were having with HVAC and to open a window. I opened both the windows but not much of an improvement.

Milano Centrale

I was traveling and needed a safe, clean place to stay near to the central train station. This hotel checked all the boxes and more. Beautiful room, very compact but didn’t feel small, there was everything I needed to charge phones, make tea or coffee, take a bath, watch tv or just lay back and be comfortable. If you stay, definitely have their breakfast, the nicest spread I have ever encountered and I’ve stayed in lots of hotels. Great find, I’ll definitely stay there again.

the staff and service was outstanding. Very helpful and 24 hour desk service. The room was clean and roomy and modern. The bathroom was a bit older than expected but clean. The location is great - across from the train station. We got in a little late and there is a charming restaurant next door.

Good location and near Milan Centeal Station. A bit dusty in room’s floor. Surprised with the steps from the main entrance to front desk, not convenient if carrying big heavy luggages when you arrive and leave.

Great stay in central Milan

We visited Milan for the weekend and this was the perfect hotel to stay at. We luckily got upgraded to a nicer room and it was only a few stops on the train to Duomo. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room as modern and clean. Would stay here again.

Nice and mostly eco friendly

Excellent friendly staff. I’m giving full marks for Eco Friendliness although there isn’t any necessity for the conditioner to be in a single use bottle or the water glasses to be plastic wrapped in plastic. However, everything else was environmentally friendly. A lot of little things designed for form rather than function, particularly reading lamps that look nice but are so low to the bedside tables as to be useless for reading, so still have to leave very bright overhead on. Towels look great but not so absorbent. Wonderful bed linens and pillows. Note: look for the sign “Atlantic” when trying to find hotel - “c hotels” not visible until you’re there.

My new favorite hotel

Staff at reception was extremely friendly. I arrived 2 hours prior to check in and they assured me they would find my a room to check into right away. They knew that I had stayed st a sister hotel in Florence and that I enjoyed it. The room was great- bed super comfortable, coffee and tea in the room, bathroom pristine. Great location, 2 minutes from Milano centrale station. I love C -Hotels and will seek them out when I return to Rome, Milan or Florence.
