DISAPPOINTED

Don't ask for extra towels because you will not get them. Don't ask for anything after hours for no one is on the property to assist you with anything. I had to help several other customers find the janitors closet to get the keys to their rooms because their codes didn't work. Those are not listed properly. Just luckily I was outside the room at midnight and they approached me. NO ONE that works there SPEAKS ENGLISH if you call they hang up because they say don't understand. I complained about BUG activity and they reassured me there wasn't any.

I paid for an ocean front view and did not get it. There's no check in, you check in through emails. The shower didn't have the proper shower head on it.

The staff was extremely accommodating and communicated well. Our room had an awesome view, was clean, and looked nice. The only downs were the pool was not exceptionally clean(but could be from storms that week) and the fridge didn’t get super cold. I would definitely stay here again and it was appropriate for the price paid.

Pros: Amazing location, nice prices. Room was nicely decorated, clean and simple. Loved being right next to the beach and the pool was a nice touch as well. Cons: Had to reach out for my registration code an hour past check in time because I never received it, though the front desk was fast to respond to my message so it’s no biggie. There was no TV remote in the room and the volume was set super high, so we couldn’t use the TV. There’s also a big gap under the room door and sound comes right in, super easy to wake you up. Also no deadbolt on the door.

Overall the hotel was great!! Walking distance to the beach, has a pool and convenient to stores and food. I will stay here again but not in the same month. I happened to go while a school was there for spring break and it was loud at times even after hours and they left a mess.

I loved how close to the ocean this was! The parking was fine. You can tell it’s an old motel that the owners have spit shined and done a great job. Some of the things were weird, the bathroom door had white tape all over like it was kicked in almost, the toilet paper roll was empty sitting in the holder, etc. but those are just small things that didn’t super impact the stay. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean, that’s the biggest thing for me! I’m a stickler for that! The contactless check in was awesome, too! But the fact it was just a nice little place in the middle of all the chaos of the huge resorts is what sold it for us! Will stay here again when we make it back to Myrtle!

Definitely was an experience. Lots of young partying kids, revving motorcycle engines, loud, the shower had a dirty wash cloth and a razor in it.

I requested earlier check in, but couldn’t check in until 4pm After waiting around for check in, the keypad on my unit’s door did not work at all. This resulted in me having to contact the property and go find a hard key. There’s no staff on site, and everything is remote which added to the inconvenience. The room was mid, and the bed squeaked with every movement. You get what you pay for I guess.

The motel was basic with no frills but very clean and suited me perfectly. I traveled with my 2 dogs and our accommodations were very good. The location was perfect - right off the beach with excellent areas to walk my pups. Check in was different than I’ve had at other motels/hotels. It was done via text. No one was actually on the property but instructions were clear and went well. I will definitely return!
