Will not accommodate for parking !

Came with family for an 3 night stay and had business at the same time . We pulled a small trailer and was just needing to park it there for just one night and at check in was told no they could not accommodate us . We said we would just need two parking spots and we would have it moved by 7am the next morning and they said oh no you were suppose to contact the owner before hand . Then we were told that it was sent in our conformation that they could not be any pull behind trailers. We did not receive anything like that from them. We had to cancel our room and try to find somewhere else to stay last minute . We had booked with them a week before and it was off season and not crowded . They were plenty of parking spaces in there parking lot on the premises . Could not find anything on the beach so had to find somewhere up town in Mrytle Beach area . We have always stayed here but will never stay again !
