Room was very clean and the staff very friendly. Loved the starbucks, breakfast was great! The only complaint was children could not swim. Pool was very cold.

Friendly staff and nice room. Upon arrival as I was driving around the parking lot I found broken glass in 3 different parking spots. I let the front desk know and they cleaned it up right away. We believe it was from the remodel construction. My biggest complaint was on day of checkout, housekeeping was knocking on the door shortly after 9:00 even tho our privacy hanger was on the door and at 10:30 our keys were no longer working when checkout wasn’t until 11:00.

The room was very nice. Unusual that the lights and TV were on and all drawers were open when we got there, but could tell it had been cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Could hear the train, but didn't bother us while sleeping.
