We did not have a great experience during our one-night stay at this hotel. We were stopping overnight after a long day of driving with a toddler, and unfortunately the check-in process was very frustrating. Our key card did not work, and we were asked to go up and down the elevator three times while staff tried to resolve the issue. The door never opened until a staff member eventually came up and let us into the room using a master key.
We were told the issue would be fixed, but the key card never worked, which meant we had ongoing trouble getting in and out of the room throughout the night. After a long drive with a cranky toddler, this was especially exhausting. I reported the issue again to the front desk at checkout the next morning. Throughout this entire experience, none of the staff expressed any apology or concern for the inconvenience we faced.
In addition, the room itself felt dated. The bathroom door was difficult to close, there were stains on the ceiling that appeared to be from a water leak, and the carpet seemed dirty.
Overall, we did not feel the stay was worth the $175 per night we were charged, and we would not choose to stay here again.
