Any guests or visitors who PARK ILLEGALLY OVER THE YELLOW LINE OR IN THE ALLEY even for a few minutes OR HAVE PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS can result in HIGH CITY FINES OF $2000 or more of which signer of the rental agreement will be responsible for.
There is a $50 per day/night charge for any visitors not listed on the rental agreement and/or exceeding a maximum capacity of 12 guests at the ocean view property,12 guests at the Beach Retreat property, 14 guests at Surf View, and 4 guests at Beach Sanctuary including any daytime or evening visitors. Additional guest fee to be paid prior to arrival.
