Epic Universe Trip

Great stay , very convenient to the Universal Parks and they offer shuttles to Disney and Universal. They are partner hotels so they keep high standards. It’s a bit outdated but it works to have a good night sleep and breakfast is included.

Located in a very quiet area , 5-10 min drive from the Universal Parks (Epic was 5 minutes away). Great included breakfast and Quality /Price aspect overall. Only downside was the frequency at which the shuttles to Universal were leaving. There were only 2 shuttles times to the parks in the morning and the return shuttle was 2-3 hours prior to park closing. Shuttles were NOT offered for Universal’s new park (epic Universe). A slight smell of mold/humidity was present in the hallways of the 2nd floor , but the rooms were fine.

Realmente me gustó mucho. El servicio al ciente es EXCELENTE. La primera noche el aire se dañó y al otro día lo notifiqué y cuando regresé del parque estaba perfectamente arreglado y enfriaba súper bien. El desayuno espectacular! La limpieza en la habitación impecable. El servicio en el área del desayuno EXCELENTE! Para las próximas vacaciones, sin duda alguna me quedo allí.

Amazing place to stay

Everything from the room, the grounds, the area, and staff were awesome. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. We liked the free parking also. We would definitely stay here agaon.

I love everything! It is decent enough to stay in affordable amount. The only feed back i can give is the carpet in hallway smells old. But other than that everything is clean and well maintained! We’ll definitely be back

Great Hotel and rooms! The staff was super friendly. The Included Continental Breakfast was also great. We were impressed for the quality/price aspect in general. The only downsides noted was a very strong stench of humidity in the hallways (2nd floor). But no issues with the room Whatsoever! There was no safe/locker in the room, but they were offered near the lobby.

While the room itself looked nice and was pretty clean, the elevator area on the 2nd floor was awful. The carpet is so worn it ‘s actually lifted in areas coming off the floor and smells absolutely atrocious. The ice maker on the second floor was broken so we went to the front desk where they told us that we would have to go to the third floor for ice. We went to the third floor and it was broken also.
