The air conditioning unit makes a lot of noise. Vending machine on the 3rd floor was broken. The daily breakfast was the same every day, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, mini muffins and a apple. The room keys did not work every day. Cleaning staff would remove dirty towels but didn't replace them causing me to go to the office. Over all good exerience. The guy in the lobby trying to get you to go on the timeshare tours is annoying.

The lobby was outdated, stains on ceiling and walls. The key card was difficult to use to get in and out of the doors. There were people who were not patrons just hanging out in front of the hotel at night that looked creepy. The ice maker is on the 3,4,and 5th floor which is inconvenient located on the first floor. The walls were thin you can hear every foot step above you and in the hallways. It made it very hard to sleep with small pillows and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Wifi was spotty and difficult to connect devices. The ac was loud and i couldnt cut it off because the room would heat up immediately. Breakfast was extremely unorganized, not many choices to choose from. The cost did not fit my experience. Paying over $ 100 for this was overpriced.

I checked into this hotel after checking out of a hotel that was disgusting from the fact that they promised free transportation from the airport and free breakfast but never delivered! BED WAS TERRIBLE with old spring mattrass! Manager and frontdesk staff was rude! Then I found this place! COMFORT INN!! From I entered the atmosphere was different very friendly staff who greated me with a big smile! The room and bed was great! Breakfast was good! Big Big thank you to Maddy who helped me with a few issues! Juan was also nice!
