The property had very limited parking, I drove around for a half hour to try to find a spot near my room. Other spots were so far away. No one answered the front desk all night I was there. The shower ran out of hot water after 1 person showered. Overall didn't like my stay there and will not stay there on my next trip to that area,

Not Up to Hilton Standards

The villa we had was very dated, had a very pungent mold smell, furniture and decor was warn, the shower was very small, the toilet sat exceptionally low to the ground (not ideal for people with knee issues), and carpet clearly needed replacing. I suspect the tower rooms may be nicer, but for a Hilton branded hotel, the villas are an epic fail. I do not recommend.

Booked a certain room wasn’t given room

Hotel was nice but when I booked my room, this was my second time staying here. I booked a garden room when I got there they told me I was facing the street. I said no and I showed them what I booked a garden room specifically they did offer to change our room to a tower room, but we liked the other area better. The tower was nice but it’s not what we wanted and we were very misled when booking our room through hotels but overall hotel is fun.

Room Not Clean

Our stay this time was disappointing compared to our previous visit. The room was not clean — there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, leftover beer in the fridge (likely from the previous guest), and cobwebs on the lamps. The lack of cleanliness really stood out, and unfortunately, it has left us unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful! The breakfast buffett wasnt available, but the menu options were excellent and included in the vouchers that we purchased. The rooms were large and very clean. The location could not have been better. We will definitely return for our next stay in Orlando.
