OMG! Stairs and no elevator.

Didn’t realize till I got there that I had to go up stairs to get to my room. They charged a resort fee that I was not aware of either plus parking $38 per day. Will be using this hotel again.

The room was very damp and had an odor. The bathroom was outdated and had issues with the shower. The putt putt golf was destroyed and had yellow caution tape around it. The website stated there was a shuttle service but it was not available during our stay.

You are put into villa rooms which were terrible. It seemed like more like a motel than a hotel room, and it didn't seem like a four-star hotel. The rooms and the bathroom were not clean and there was a certain smell all through. Service was terrible. There was no cleanliness. I would not recommend this hotel at all

Dive hotel!

This place has rooms in the tower and ‘villas’. I thought I was reserving in the tower but ended up with a villa. The room had old ragged carpeting and was really dated. I went back to the front desk and complained and they said they had no rooms available in the tower. I was offered a ‘premium’ room. I had no choice but to take it. This room had a vinyl floor at least and no carpet. The mattresses were old and not very comfortable. The sink area is open to the rest of the room, so there’s no privacy when you’re trying to get ready. Just the toilet and shower were able to be closed off by shutting its door. The toilet was real low to the floor and the shower was in bad shape. I don’t recommend this place at all. They charge $38.00 a day to self park and also $25.00 a day for a resort fee. This place is NOT a resort!
