Not bad - comfortable

Overall it was a nice and comfortable place. Very close to everything. However breakfast buffet bar is slacking. I waited for pancakes/waffles for both days I was there. It was like no one was working or updating you. Overall the service was lacking but other things about the facility made it better like the bikes you can take out, or the kitchenette in the room.

Good: Beautiful and modern, very clean, got an upgraded stay. Breakfast is included although not the best. Our bakery attendant was awesome on the second day during check out. The first guy…meh. We opted for valet since self parking had a fee. Good price for a one night stay Bad: The hotel only gives enough towels for one visitor, the shower gel was empty, the customer service kind of depended on who was helping at the time. Had good service and bad service. Didn’t like having to pay for self parking so we chose valet. Breakfast consisted of super wet and soggy scrambled eggs and nothing had flavor Aside from the bad, it was a good hotel and a great price. Might visit again….maybe

Second time staying at Element Orlando and our stay was even better. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and staff was great. Even the go-to items that were sold, were convenient if you needed a late snack or something. The location is around great restaurants and ICON Park.
