Our villa is perfectly located in a quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet just minutes from all the excitement Orlando has to offer. My wife and I searched for over 10 years to find this ideal spot, and when we did, we knew it was special.

Everything was fantastic!!! We arrived later than expected, but still checked in smoothly!! Everything was just as described in the listing. We used the pool a few times and it was very nice!! We brought our dogs, and they made themselves at home right away.......10/10 would come back!!!

Check in was very smooth. Great instructions. Easy to find and access. Kitchen is a little tired, lots of the cutlery and utensils need replacing i would suggest, some of the cupboard doors don't close properly. Lounge is very comfortable and smart tv is a real plus. The shower areas again are a little tired looking, light switch is broken, plug missing from the basin. Very comfortable double bed. Slept wellFantastic to have the pool to get into after a sweaty day out. Great to have inflatables to lie in and relax

Our stay in Kissimmee

The home had the basic necessities that we needed. It was close to the Gaylord Plams where our youngest son was graduating but was over 45 min away from our other kids that live in Orlando. Most important for us was that we could bring our dog, who is well trained and doesn't shed, and didn't want to kennel him. I loved that the owners left pictures of their family, which was a nice and touch made a small connection to them. The pool looked nice but we didnt't get it enjoy it because we were so busy the first coulple of days and it rained our last day. Over all the home was clean. It is outdated with late 90's-early 2000's decor, which we my hubby and I were perfectly fine with but my kids weren't. Overall it was a nice stay for the price and had basics that we needed. Wouldn't stay here again but only because it's so far from our other kids.

Incorrect Lock Box Code

I had a great experience leading up to the trip and follow up actions from VRBO were also good from a customer service perspective. When we got to the property the lock box code had been changed and not communicated. The host was unresponsive and VRBO refunded our stay. We did not stay at this property and the financial and personal impact was significant.

Our trip was unfortunately cut short due to the hurricane and evaluations. The house is in a great area and the Disney parks are a stones throw away. Colin is an amazing host and we look forward to returning soon!
