The rooms were spacious. I loved that there was no carpet in the rooms. Overall pretty clean. A little dated. But totally worth it for the price. There is a lot of value for money in this hotel. The free breakfast is good. While we didnt use the airport shuttle they have one. Which is nice. They also have frew parking which is great. Staff is excellent.

Breakfast options were good. Plenty of choices. Room was eh. The bathroom vanity was broken. Nail sticking out of the edge of it because the shelf was broken and hanging. Door to bathroom had paint chipping off, the smoke detector was super outdated and discolored (def past life expectancy).

NO AIRPORT TRANSFER AS ADVERTISED!

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay after arriving by air & prior to leaving for a cruise. The sole reason that I booked this hotel was because it allegedly provided transportation from the airport until 1AM. I called the hotel the day before our arrival & was instructed to call once we landed at the airport. We arrived at the airport at 2200 hours, and I, along with the other 3 adults in my party, attempted for over half an hour to call the front desk to arrange for the shuttle to pick us up. None of us could get an answer. I even selected the option for "reservations" to which someone DID answer. I explained the situation with no answer at the front desk, only to be transferred again & no answer again.
