Great for families, close to parks

Rooms were spacious, clean and functional. Utensils in cabinets. Furniture in room was well used and needs replacement. Breakfast is busy so go early. Its family friendly so expect lots of kids running around. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. You need to register vehicle with QR code for paid parking.

Had a great stay. The only issue was at check in they didn't want to give us the suite we booked because of a plumbing issue and tried to put us in a regular room with less sleeping space. They ended up giving us the suite and the plumbing issue was the water in the shower had a constant dribble and the plug didn't work for the bath but other than that the room was fine.

No estuve satisfecha con la limpieza de la habitación, había papeles bajo la cama, vi una moneda en el suelo, un arándano como si no aspiraron bien, el baño con la cortina vieja, detalles oxidados, las toallas blancas se veían amarillentas y deterioradas, cubrecamas y almohadas de mala calidad, papel sanitario, jabones y shampoo de mala calidad. Muebles y gabinetes se veían en general viejos y deteriorados.

We requested additional pillows and had to call again after not receiving them after 4 hours. We also requested coffee creamer and sweet & low to be restocked when the room was cleaned. Not only did we not get restocked the sheets were not changed, the bed was remade with the same sheets that had a stain on them. We were charged $29 a night to park in the hotel parking lot. For the price paid for the stay I found it outrageous to be charged to park. For a high end hotel they should be ashamed of themselves for the service provided. I will never stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was powered eggs. The toaster was horrible after putting a bagel through 3 times it was still not browned. Staff was rude when I asked to get the items requested during cleaning and took at least an hour to finally get the items. When leaving I could not find a cart for my luggage even after searching floor by floor. The pool was open until 11 pm and the kids were permitted to be loud. The room was supposed to have a water front view. We were out in an interior room viewing the pool and listening to the loud kids all night long. Very disappointed in what was supposed to be a relaxing & special weekend for my girlfriend and I
