Tämä on loistava ranta Gulf getaway talo. Et näe tämän tyyppistä lomataloa kovin usein. Kokemuksesi on unohtumaton. Persianlahden pääsy telakalla varustetulle kanavalle. Aidattu piha. Täysin varusteltu keittiö ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja 60 tuuman älykkäällä HDTV: llä Netflixillä, erittäin nopea kuitu Internet-yhteys ja WiFi.
Kävelymatkan päässä Hudsonin rannalta ja monista ravintoloista, joissa on erilaisia vaihtoehtoja. The couch could use a fresh cleaning. Bed was okay (it wasn't mine, so there's that), nothing to write home about, but comfortable enough to get some sleep. I needed a couple of days to myself and my fishing. That is exactly what I got, so I'm satisfied! And, YES, I would recommend this property.

This is a beautiful house. It looks plain on the outside as you're pulling up, but the inside is well decorated, clean, newer appliances, some toiletries and other items supplied. Air conditioner works great! Comfortable bedding, extra hangars. There is a small deck in the backyard that is not covered, but there is a tree for shade much of the time. The carport is a good spot to hang outside away from the elements. The dock is carpeted and has a roof. this place was 5 minute drive to restaurants and the gulf. Not a lot of privacy, but I didn't expect it with the canals. It's the way of life there. There were fences that helped separate the properties as best they could. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

This cute and very clean, waterfront home was close to everything I needed, the beach, shopping, great restaurants and my weakness a great ice ceam shop. The perfect place at a freat price and James was always avsilable if needed. Thank you for sharing your home

Cute house!

Day of check-in was different... Walked in and the AC wasn't working. James was very accommodating and let me stay at another location while the AC was getting fixed. The rest of the week was great, a good spot to stay for a solo trip, couple or small family. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Make sure you check out the ice-cream shop next door and go down the street to watch the sunset. Wonderful experience and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Perfect

A very nice and cozy location. The dock was very nice to relax on. The house was comfortable for 2 people. The amenities were nice and there was actually extra stuff we didn't expect like beach chairs, golf clubs, ect. The host was very communicative and gave us all the information we would need. Would highly recommended this location also for its nice area and nearby restraunts, ice-cream shop, and grocery stores all conveniently nearby. Overall this was a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

James, was very easy to communicate and was there if needed, which he was not, as the home had everything I required. The home had a great location and in walking distance to many good restaurants, the beach and the Great ice cream shop two doors down (which I visited far too often). The home maybe a little dated for some and the road does get through traffic but considering the home, property location and great price I give James and his home a 5 star. Thank you, James for sharing your home.

Disappointing

The boardwalk to the dock was rickety, and felt unstable. It even had a wood plank missing & hand railing was loose…so we didn’t even go out there for fear of safety concerns. We were never cool enough as the A/C unit was not efficient. There was a note on the wall warning us not to turn it to below72 or it would freeze up. Our feet were dirty if we went barefoot on the floor. Also, it was like a dungeon as we were told not to open the blinds to keep the house cool. We will not be returning.

I enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable overall. It would have been even nicer if the lawn was taken care of, and a few maintenance issues with doors were in order. The host has great communication. The location was nice.

Amazing location!

This Vrbo was wonderful to stay in. With the river right in the back that we got to use the canoe to paddle in and the ice cream shop right on the corner, this was an awesome stay! Will definitely be back

location is key

The 2 of us enjoyed the location and comfort of this vrbo. It was convenient to hwy 19 for travel to restaurants and other happenings. We cooked and had the basics we needed in the clean open modern kitchen. The bathroom was bit small but capable. The tv remote didn't seem to be the one listed for use in the home manual causing a bit of frustration. An added detailed plan of how it works for non-techies would be helpful. the bedroom was comfortable and good space for our clothes. We used the shaded carport with table and chairs for most of our dining. The floating deck on the canal was nice but a fallen branch overhung disrupting our view. We enjoyed this vrbo and plan to return in our future again. Thank you James and Hong.

The Canal House in Hudson

Clean and tidy little house on the inside. Perfect for 2 adults. The king bed, pillows and bedding were sooo confortable! There are so many food, restaurants and grocery options close by. Sam's Beach Bar (2 min drive) was fun! There is a really cute ice cream shop just 2 doors down from this rental. We fished several times off the dock and did not catch anything, but it was a nice, relaxing place to sit and enjoy the peace. This rental had everything you need to have a peaceful, relaxed vacation. Only thing I would say in observation is, the outside landscaping and lawn need some attention. I did bring the need for mowing to the owner's attention. He said he would get on it. Thanks James!
