The hotel staff upon check in did not offer a welcome drink unlike the same chain hotel in Lisbon. When asked if we can have slippers, they were reluctant to provide and provided only one with the night shift staff. The day shift staff were better. The hotel is by a bar so it can get a bit noisy at night. The rain forest shower and shower head was hard to alternate. Overall it was average and could be more friendly.

Very serviceminded staff

The hotel was nice and clean. It is situated in an area with many nice restaurants and bars. Less than 10 minutes walking from great shopping and the historic centre. The staff is very serviceminded and nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very attentive. The restaurant recommendation we got from the young woman at the front desk the night we arrived saved a hellish travel day. The breakfasts (included) were excellent and saved us a lot of time on a couple of mornings when we had tours booked. The location of the hotel is ideal.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast fir 15 Euros was great! Every day they performed turn down service. They assisted with taxi service and other directions needed. Umbrellas were provided for guest as it rained a lot during our stay. Overall, would stay again. Oh, and the location was also great!

Hotel was in a great location and the staff was available all the time. They even give you fresh and free water with your stay in a nice bottle. The room was nice and clean with no complaints. When you check out they give you a farewell snack and everyone was very polite. The bathrooms are nice and large with a waterfall shower. Only downside is the very small sink, but it is doable and ok for the short trip.
