The stay was great! Good location with some food nearby and excellent housekeeping. The room was very spatious - the only thing we wished was a bit better was the washroom, as it was a bit cramped + the shower head was loose.

The property had a well-functioning elevator that was hands-down our favorite feature. Additionally, the staff were super friendly and there was a terrace area that was perfect for a night in. To top it all off, the property was close to many pretty sights and taxis in the area were easy to catch! 11/10 would stay here again.

This was a great, self-service boutique hotel in a quiet area of Rome. The hosts were always available via What’s App to answer any questions. The neighborhood was very quiet and there is a nice little snack bar and coffee shop right across the street for a morning cappuccino. We highly recommend this location and accommodation.

It was pretty nice. Wish there was a small refrigerator in our room. The shared refrigerator was right outside our door but still its not the same. The TV channel selection was terrible for someone english-speaking.

Overall nice property in a safe and nice area. But tap in the bathroom was loose and hard to use. Toilet paper holder was also loose and the roll kept falling down. Little things like that make a huge difference and should be fixed asap.

Such a quiet neighborhood, didn’t feel too touristy and yet was so near to everything!! We loved being by the river, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. Valerio, the host, was very accessible and kind. The room itself was perfect, quiet and spacious.

This is not a hotel. It is a room in a building. First you need to pick up the key at the bar and then find your room. It is difficult and not only for us, there was a couple who were also looking for their room. When we almost gave up, a neighbor helped us find the room. She also did not understand the instructions, so we all had to insert the keys to try to open any door. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and it was difficult to turn on the water. The shower head was leaking and the drain was so slow that in the middle of the shower you had to wait for the water to drain. Incredible experience I had. Plus, the wifi did not work and the owner was upset when I asked her to. Finally, the wifi worked after 6 hours after several messages on Whtapp, but it was too slow for my work. I would say find another hotel, but not this one! Think about after all this, you could get blamed by owner!

Great location- close by many sites walking or transit fairly central but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The host was fantastic helpful and friendly. The room/building have rustic charms but have all the regular amenities.

The Wi-Fi signal was awful after taking 2 steps into the our room. The speed is fine, coverage inside the room is bad. To make proper use of the Wi-Fi, we had to be at arms reach from the room door or be in the common areas. Everything else was amazing.

Great location within walking distance to Ancient Rome as well as Vatican, river, shoppes, and restaurants. Public bus transportation was less than a block away as well. Staff was helpful in recommending restaurants and providing directions. Driver to the airport was prompt. It is more like a B&B room and staff is not onsite 24 hours, however, they were available and responsive via WhatsApp. WiFi was weak signal but manager assured us that is not always the case and he would look into it.
