Great location in the middle of all the major sites with a 2 minute walk to a nice shopping area and only a few hundred yards to a coffee shop. The staff were very helpful and provided us with an early check-in and help our bags while the room was being prepared. We also used the spa which was excellent with a sauna, pool and relaxation area. All in all a great stay and we already booked for one additional night at the end of our stay.

Great stay only downside because its an older building the soundproofing was not the greatest. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Great place; quiet and comfortable

Loved the room and bed was definitely comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful and roomy. I always like to buy bottles of water to keep in the fridge or have some fruit however the fridge provided in the room is the smallest I've ever seen. It hangs on the wall and there's only room for 2-500ml bottles. The room certainly has room to fit a bigger fridge so you can actually put more than 2 bottles of water. Especially in a place where summers are so hot, having the ability to keep cold water available is important. Was very disappointed in the size of fridge provided on the wall
The black box on the wall is the fridge but half of the inside is taken up by the motor

The hotel room was clean. It had a very good location. It didn’t offer any amenities. It did have air conditioning. The photos make it look much nicer than it is. Not sure it’s worth the nightly rate. But it’s a decent place to stay.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. This is where my wife and I started our honeymoon and it was fantastic. In a very good spot between a lot of different sightseeing. Definitely closest to the Colosseum but the food and shopping around us was great too while also being a little more quiet and laid back compared to the other areas. The front desk pointed us to the food and shopping districts which were about a 30 and 20 minute walks away but honestly the food nearby was incredible and had tons of options. Room was great and on the 3rd floor. Elevator was old but so cool to see, we normally only used it for going up. Quiet and clean is all you need! Front desk clerk who helped us check in was so nice and helpful in directions and made it super convenient to store our bags for a few hours after checkout.

Quiet and comfy stay in Rome

We were contacted before our arrival via Hoteels.com App and were able to set up an early check-in. Upon our arrival, the staff was extremely polite and helpful. After completing our check-in, he showed us the locations of the tourist attractions, our hotel location and great restaurant areas on a map, which he gave us the copy. The hotel was quaint and to our liking. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. We would highly recommend staying there.

Please note that this is located within walking distance of pretty much anywhere and the Rome train and bus terminal. If you drive there, there is no parking. You must park in a garage the hotel recommended. Was safe and affordable.

First note that this is not a hotel it is guest house which means it isn’t staffed after the evening. This is not clear in their description. Double deluxe room wasn’t as nice as expected. Pretty dark with a window far from the bed area overlooking a non appealing courtyard. The attendant didn’t act on our request for a room change was quite curt and snappy with answers. Won’t stay here again.
