The service was very attentive. The team seemed committed to ensuring we had a good stay. Great location. Close to fisherman’s wharf, Columbus str restaurants and the cable cars. The room was small. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel where you receive a credit. We had breakfast take out and it was good.

We actually didn’t eat the breakfast, but I’m sure it was amazing. We ended up getting two bloody Mary’s in the morning and they were good. Highly recommend this place to sleep at. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

Even though I was assured the restaurant would be open over Christmas, it wasn’t. When I inquired about it, the person at the desk said it wasn’t his problem and there wasn’t anything to do. Rooms were unimpressive, even for the king suite.
