It was an ok stay for an unplanned visit to PR. There was a storm and the lights did go out for a few minutes. But overall it was close to the airport and the pool was pretty. We only stayed about 6 hours due to an early flight.

I love staying here as it’s away from the madness but close enough to get to the party, if that’s what you’re looking for. Close the beach and an amazingly welcoming and friendly staff. A few updates would go a long way but I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, But Some Drawbacks I recently stayed at Acacia Boutique Hotel and the location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. There’s even a fantastic French restaurant onsite, which was a real highlight of my stay. However, there are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. First, there’s no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available, and because this is such a busy area, finding a spot — especially at night after a day out — can be frustrating and time-consuming. This definitely took away from the relaxed vacation vibe. The second drawback was the reception staff. Unfortunately, they were less than welcoming. It felt as though guest interaction wasn’t a priority, which was disappointing for a boutique hotel where personalized service is usually expected. Overall, the location and onsite restaurant are excellent, but improvements in guest service and parking options would make this a much better experience.

We had an AWESOME stay at this hotel. The staff members- Eddie and Ariel were friendly and helpful! The best amenities were the Hot Pool and 50 feet walk to the beach ! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this hidden gem !

Our short stay was pleasant. Staff on site was helpful to our requests. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely amazing!! Top notch gourmet food and service. Rooms are a bit small and no elevator if you are staying on the 3rd floor. I would request a first floor room the next time. Beach was a very short walk and nice but the water was rough to swim in. Over all nice place to stay but a bit pricey.

The hotel is a piece of art. The property is so well thought out and indeed unique with a flavor of old Hollywood. There are so many small details that make the buildings special. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is right on the beautiful beach. The staff was very helpful. I had a most memorable stay.

A great value hotel with friendly staff. It’s not chock with amenities but you can get a decent stay and the beach is literally right up the street with a short 1 minute walk. My only gripe was the front desk wasn’t always staffed and the WiFi seemed a bit spotty in my room. But I would overall recommend it.

Bed comfort was very good, clean sheets and towels, Bathroom and room in need of renovations, Stuff was very helpful and polite. A/c was very cold but a bit noisey. Will try it again and hopefully get a better room. Being close to the beach was perfect.
