Great location. They upgraded our room to a one bedroom suite. Very nice room. However, we were on the third floor and every noise outside could be heard. Next problem was the heat wasn’t working, and had several nights where the room temperature was 18C. Quite chilly, especially when the temperature outside at night was dropping to 4C. Was told by the front desk to turn the fan off. Pretty disappointing.
