I want to start up by saying that the staff here is really nice and they try to accommodate you but this hotel is absolutely horrible. I saw roaches every day of my three day stay here. There are no electrical wall inserts to charge your phone near the bed. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. This was an inconvenience because I had to keep my phone by my bed to hear my alarm so I will go the day with only half percent of my phone. The room that they showed me on Expedia is not the room that they gave me when I arrived there. I would not recommend this hotel

Location, Location, Location. Easy to get to Pub Street. Hotel needs to provide 2 room cards so you can leave air con on while out. Need hooks in bathroom to hang bath towels up. Otherwise not a bad hotel right where you need to be. Breakfast was okay but just too hot to eat in an open aired dining room.

The property was good. The room was fairly comfortable and clean. It was a bit difficult to regulate the cooling in the room. The area around the hotel was very loud at night with the market and party places nearby. It was difficult to sleep at night because of the loud music and traffic. It would eventually get a little quieter around 5 am. I would not stay there again

Beautiful old hotel on the river.

The hotel is beautiful, full of wood and old-style decor. I liked it. The location was great, right at the night market by the river. It was quite noisy at night as we heard loud music from the local bars until 6am, which made sleeping difficult. The staff always greeted us with courtesy every time we entered and departed the hotel. The breakfast buffet was ok. Nothing spectacular bur still ok. There was a variety of foods, but they could have been served a bit warmer.

Ta Phrom , worries gone.

Initial twin room was in need of a total refurb, should never have put us in there. Management quickly moved us to a suite which was tastefully refurbed with rain shower and large bed, spare bed also arranged. Breakfast was lovely in a massive dining hall. All staff were lovely, friendly and super helpful. Made our initial worries dissipate immediately.

Great hotel in a great town

The hotel is very nice. The staff are excellent and very friendly. I had no problem, but I did notice that the noise from Pub street is rather loud at night, so bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

This is a beautiful hotel that exemplifies “old world charm.” Beautiful woodwork, carving, and statues throughout the hotel and in the room. Thank you Expedia for the VIP upgrade! The best part is the great, attentive staff. Hotel arranged tuk-tuk driver Narith to take us to Angkor, who was very friendly and solicitous to our needs. Location is great! Close to everything. Free airport pick-up. At first, the hotel may seem dark and the pool too cool for Western tastes, but it works well as a refreshing retreat from the sun and heat outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Classic hotel with beautiful woodwork throughout. Suberb staff. Rooms are very clean but dated, no windows and minimal low watttage lighting. Breakfast could use a 2nd omlet cook.
