There is parking for one car, from which stairs lead down to the lower level. Here you'll find a large terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, the heart of the villa, complete with sun loungers, several relaxation areas, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. The exterior boasts a beautiful Mediterranean setting, surrounded by palm trees and other Mediterranean plants.

The villa is spread over two floors connected by both interior and exterior staircases, and features modern, tastefully furnished interiors.
