My first hotel staying in Japan and luckily I chose the right one. It’s next to family mart so you can easily go over there and grab some personal items. This hotel has everything you need so you don’t necessarily pack so much stuffs for your trip, just save more spaces for souvenirs when you head back to your country. Room is good enough for 2 people, not too small but cozy. Staffs are so nice, if you need anything just go ahead and text them, they would love to answer back in a couple minutes. Just one little thing I think they should improve is wifi kinda slow for anyone lives from 3rd floor to upper one.

This was our first hotel on our trip to Japan and we had the best experience. The front desk was so accommodating and friendly. The location is unbeatable with so many things around and so close to shibuya crossing! I will be recommending this hotel to our friends who plan on visiting japan soon!

the hotel in located on an uphill but in a great location. Family Mart directionally in front of the hotel and down the street a club and great restaurants and shopping areas and train and transportation near as well . Room is small but conformable everything was clean and tightly.

The hotel is not great, but not terrible. The walls of our room were beat up from all the luggage (the room needed to be 115cm wider) and the wall paper was torn. No safe in the room. Staff was never at the front desk, tho all rhe common items were stocked

Such a convenient location. I opted for the single bed option and it was perfect for me. The room was spotless and had a fridge which was ideal for any food bought from the many combinis nearby. The shower and bathroom was immaculate and came with shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. All staff were so friendly and helpful. I know I’ll return to Tokyo and I will definitely book here again
