I would not return.

Lots of amenities in the same building, the room (main tower) was tired and need refreshments. We experienced cigarette smoking smell every single night, when reported they only raised the shoulders and said that our floor was non smoking, never offered a solution or change of room whatsoever, just repeaed the same story, very frustrating specially for a non smoker travelling with a minor. The service os sometimes Japanese certified friendly, sometimes rude, I would say inconsistent.

The coin lsaundy is fasr aeay from Annex, however they have no intention to set up the facility in the Annex Towwer.

Great location. We went straight from HND airport to Shinagawa, was pleased to find the entrance of the hotel be straight across from the exit. The location for this purpose is unbeatable. The room itself is big enough to open and unpack multiple luggage with some finnesse. We were able to unpack 3 checked suitcases. Get the hotel breakfast buffet. It is worth every penny. They serve a Japanese style breakfast- full spread from salmon, natto, to curry, for this alone the buffet is worth the cost, but their western style foods are also wondeful for those memebers in your party who crave western breakfasts after a long trip in Japan.

Hotel Check-in need improvement

After so many years of staying in this hotel, I found that the check-in staff is getting rude and unfriendly with-it guest. All other services are still fine.
