1. Location of this property unbeatable 2. House keeping staff so courteous, professional and doing a wonderful job just to make us a wonderful stay 3. You have one of the best luggage storage department in Tokyo and in the country. The staff help customers to store from a few hours to a few days and to retrieve when they depart or to proceed check in. #3 is the major reason why I kept returning to Prince Shinagawa.

El trato del personal es muy amable, todas las áreas se encuentran limpias. Se ubica frente a la estación Shinagawa que es fácil acceso a trenes y metro

We had a great view of Tokyo! The hotel is right next door to Shinagawa station so accessing all of Tokyo and Japan was so convenient with our JR Pass. The breakfast buffet was very busy but never ran out of food and the staff were amazing. We didn’t explore the hotel much but there is a lot to do without leaving the hotel, numerous restaurants, dolphin show, bakery, etc. etc. It’s was a great base for all our travels and we’d highly recommend staying here!

Staffs were real nice. The hotel Building is huge and old, but elevators worked. The room lights were a problem; the Breakfast disappointing, the breakfast area is just too busy and chaotic, I wouldn’t recommend.
