The Hotel was centrally located, just across the road from the train station. Best of all, it was easily reached by coach from the Airport, making a quick and comfortable journey. A major Hotel, well run and handy to the eateries all around. Just across the station was a free bus service to the port, which was so convenient for our cruise. Top location great service.

It is the 3rd time I stay at this hotel. It is because of the cleanliness and excellent service.the rooms are not big but comfortable enough. In addition of its location just in front of the train station. I will be back soon.

Overall stay is good. Location is convenient. There are many amenities onsite, including a 7-11 and food court. Room size is not bad for hotel in Japan. Check in time is strictly after 3pm. The big issue we had was the shower/bathtub been too slippery. There were 6 of us with 3 rooms. It was so slippery that I fell in tub when I was just stepping in, two others almost fell. Rest of our party just decide to wear the crocs into tub. So be careful when taking a shower.

For a one night stay near Shinagawa trains station is OK but I do not recommended for a "long" holiday stay, it really feels like a huge train station hotel not a holiday's place.

The annex tower rooms are old and need updating. Shinagawa is convenient to the Yamamoto line but there isn’t a lot around the hotel itself like in Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza. There is an incredible ramen place about a 10 minute walk up the hill and the gym is top notch. Otherwise, you pretty much have to eat in the hotel, though there are quite a few restaurants on the property.
