Not enough amenities in the lobby (skin care, bath products). The wall had stains and dirt. They don't clean your room everyday. Staff member didn't tell me about the coffee service. Amazing location. The basic amenities such as shampoo or conditioner in the room are high quality (re-fa products) The best bidet I've ever used. The washing machine takes a bit of time but works perfectly.

Perfect location! Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Shinjuku station only 10 minutes away and another sub station 2 minutes away. The buffet breakfast was great too. Plenty of restaurants around and it gets busy at night but still felt very safe. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is very good. Just one block away from a subway station and few blocks away from Shinjuku station. The area is walkable with lots of restaurants and bars. There is one convenience store across the street. The staff were nice and helpful. The property was ok. Room was small with one side of the bed against the wall, but that was expected. Breakfast buffet was ok although it would be nice to have a little bit more options. Also because the place is actually a bar the atmosphere is kind of weird. We were in similar hotels in Osaka and Hiroshima and food was better there. Apart from that the overall experience was good.

Excellent location

Steps from the Shinjuku san-chrome subway stop, well located a block behind the Main Street behind Isetan department store. Lots to see, do, eat within a few blocks. Room was very small and impossible to open a clamshell suitcase except on the bed. Window looked out on a wall of pipes only a foot or so away from the window, making the room dark even in daylight. Step up into the bathroom was high, so be careful not to stub your toes getting up into bathroom at night. English communication depended on who was on duty; Japanese communication was good. Breakfast buffet next door at cafe.

The location of this hotel was perfect for the night life in Shinjuku. The bed was super comfy and the bath was deep. It was great to go back to after walking almost 10 miles a day! They have everything you need as well, so don’t worry about bringing too many toiletries! I will use it again!

Had a great 4 day stay here! Super close to shinjuku-sanchome station (2 minute walk) and after taking the Narita express to the main Shinjuku station it was just an easy 10 minute walk to the hotel. Room was very clean and much more spacious than anticipated. We got the two single need room but they were pushed together like a king. Did a load of laundry while there, and used the clothing press with our wrinkled luggage clothes. We stayed over the weekend and it was very quiet! Fresh towels and PJs every day. Utilized the free coffee in the mornings as well. Overall a great area and great stay, absolutely would recommend.
