This is our 3rd year in a row and we have no complaints. Staff is nice and friendly, check in and check out is a breeze and it is so close to multiple lines of public transportation and food options. Will mostly likely be back there Gaian next year. Washer and dryer Are game changers so we don’t have to pack a lot since we have the option to wash, the room is small but typical for these kinds of hotels so don’t expect a giant room, but more than enough space for 2 people and 3 suitcases.

A reliable choice to return to

This hotel is a reliable choice - it is my second time staying there. The rooms are small (but probably average size for this area and price range), and for the price is reasonable. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is good. The washer and dryer in the room was a plus for me. I think the breakfast buffet is great, a wide array of Western and Japanese dishes.

Be sure to get a room that’s large otherwise the one bed rooms (for two) are quite small. Hotel was excellent for our five night stay. We upgraded to a larger room on a high floor and were much happier. Rooms are clean and the showers are excellent. Nice having the washer dryer unit. Very convenient to exploring Tokyo! Loved the location.

The property is located in a busy street full of restaurants. You can't hear any noise from the room. Shinjuku Sanchome station is about 1 min walk to C3 entrance and less than 10 mins walk to Shinjuku station. The room is descent size and can accommodate multiple luggage. Amenities are descent and the staff are helpful
