We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was excellent and so close to all major attractions like St Mark’s Square, Dogges Palace, the Grand Canal and hundreds of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and never felt overcrowded even though it was full capacity. My only suggestion would be to improve options for breakfast. It was quite limited. But please overlook this as they will still try and accommodate your requests. A huge shout out to Alkeon Stillo at the front desk. He was absolutely amazing and super helpful at recommending restaurants to us. We always looked forward to seeing him and telling him about our day. Right next door is Rosso Pomodorro which is excellent!!!! Natalia at the bar in the hotel was the nicest person and always welcomed us with a big smile and a friendly chat. It’s staff like these two which makes a hotel what it is, simply amazing! Thank you

Lovely hotel. Excellent location in the city centre easy to reach all the nearby attractions such as St Mark's Basillica/ Rialto Bridge. Less than 10 minute walk from water bus, ideal for transport to and from the airport. Great facilities, lovely room, toiletries, slippers, towels. Air conditioning perfect for this time of year. Cleaned every day with towel replacement ( not great for the climate change but good if you need multiple showers in the heat) Great choice at breakfast including hot and cold options, cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast, cheese, vegetables, eggs, bacon, sausage with great coffee! Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again for sure.

Right in the heart of Venice and a stones throw away from San Marco, making it so convenient. We came in the summer so we would often stop back at the hotel to cool off, rest and use the washroom in between our destinations. Breakfast was hearty with good options. The place was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I’d highly recommend!

Funky hotel, but in Venice I think that's the norm. Very artsy decor as you would expect. The bartender, Natalya, is a tour de force ally by herself. Breakfast was just average, and the bathroom door stuck on the floor and needed shaving, but the place was perfectly located and very cool overall. And ALL the staff were very nice.
