It was a great! I’m no rating this as excellent as we had a trip where a member was not confortable with a bathroom without doors and not opened to be seen by others while taking showers! Other than that the hotel was perfect

Overall property was good as well as parking was safe. We had an issue with staff not providing proper details or support related to our food needs and treatment form management was not to the par that I expect from a ING or Holiday Inn facilities.

En el cuarto no tenian tazas o vasos para servirte agua. La segunda noche la habitacion no estaba limpia, tuvimos que decirles al dia siguiente y aun asi no limpiaron el cuarto. Hacia falta jabon en la regadera.

Construction. They said parking available but when we arrived, parking was not available due to construction. We spent over an hour to find parking. Parked far and had to walk back to the hotel for 15-20 min. 3pm we arrived expecting check-in to 2 rooms as indicated. The receptionist said rooms are not ready. We asked when will the rooms be ready, she said she didn't know. They then found 2 rooms for us right away and included breakfast for the inconvenience. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but would not let this put you ofl staying.Thank you for a lovely stay.
