The hotel could not find our reservation and it took 45 minutes to check in. They had to rebuild our reservation once they finally found it. Very frustrating after driving 12 hours.
Room: the room was ok. It definitely needs updated and cleaned better. There was a bunch of hair on the floor when we walked into the bedroom. The kitchen table was sticky, even after we cleaned it. The side of the bathroom counter desperately needs replaced, the bottom of the stove and dishwasher were damaged. They also shut off the hot water one day from 10 am and it was not restored until 6pm, even though they told us it was restored at 2pm.
Pools: The 2 outdoor pools and indoor pool are nice, however, some updates are definitely needed. A drain cover (or some type of cover) was not fully attached, leaving an open hole on the bottom of the pool. We told the person working at the pool and they just said they already know about it. There was also a dirty diaper siting next to the indoor pool for two days and the pool bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
Overall the stay was still enjoyable, but the hotel definitely needs some updates.
