The staff are so nice, they just keep ignoring the fact thier rooms have a roach infestation. They're in the microwave, the tub. its a shame because the price is right. I thought it was just that particular room , but l reserved another room and it was the same problem. I paid for the roaches to stay the night.

I booked my room and I wanted the same room I been in all week, I go to check in and the front desk service wanted to cancel my stay because I didn't understand why I couldn't keep my same room.. very unprofessional. They moved me from rm 111 because no heat or hot water, so they moved me to rm240.all I wanted to do is stay in the same room.
