Elevators at checkout were ridiculous. Constantly staff and cleaners in the elevators so you got to wait for them to do what they're doing and they won't move or get out of the way. I was waiting to get downstairs from room 14 to the lobby and it took 20 minutes

Lines were super long at check in. My room wasn’t ready and they gave me an “upgrade “ which o am pretty sure was smaller than the one I was supposed to have. The remote didn’t work. We tuned the tv on and then it stuck on public broadcasting. We had to watch opera and high school quiz bowl for 2 ...
