Staff very helpful and friendly ready to provide help with restaurant choices, directions, etc. This is not the typical hotel, very well decorated with sofas on the hallways and with art and history books of Firenze. ...

Hu Firenze Camping In Town
We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent.

Staff were superb. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Bar was perfect for us and bar snack one night was ample. Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 ...

Plus Florence - Hostel
The room was clean, however it was very noisy, from the outside as well as inside. The furniture in the waiting room in front of the reception is in poor condition that makes you doubt staying on this hotel. The staff in charge of room service did a good job.
