"The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. ..."

"The room was fine. Breakfast was pretty average and staff there was pleasant. My biggest issue was there being no elevator, and no mention of that that I saw in their info. There was a luggage cart that had my things on it and the clerk just gave me a key for a second floor room but never mentioned ..."
