We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

Jacuzzi was perfect, room was clean but the door didn’t lock very well unless you slammed it. overall great room, spacious and the staff were so kind.

After showing them my confirmation they still did nothing. The next day I asked about it again and was told that they did not have those rooms do to construction. ...

I didn’t even know about the pool! The room was to be ready at 3 but we had to wait over an hour for it to be cleaned. Last I wish that had an elevator. Carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs was hard because my husband and I are in our late seventies
