No AC was communicated with us. It was 85 degrees in the room and would have been great to know upon arrival. No hot water.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. Pool area was clean and perks (daily snack service at no cost and free drinks each evening) made our family trip a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
