Room was clean however smelled like weed. Staff was super friendly and helpful. No lounge chairs by the pool and management would not replace. Lounge chairs are a necessity to enjoy a pool. That was disappointing. Continental breakfast was good. Location was convenient for us

It's an old hotel in the heart of St. Pete's so with that in mind I realize that it has it's quirks. But we had no hot water the whole time we were there. Just be aware.
