We were disappointed in the fact that our of 4 nights- 5 day trip, our room was not attended for service 2 of the nights. We called for fresh towels - only to find out housekeeping left for the day (7:30pm) so the desk manager- super nice brought us the fresh towels once we called. Ack 1/2 hour later. ...

We reserved a king size bed and paid while driving, using Expedia, arriving late. When we got there they said they didn't have that room, offered a two bed room for me to check. Ramada by Wyndham State College Hotel & Conference Center
The ac unit was apparently broken in the room I initially booked but it was also broken in my room. It was extremely hot. The shower was broken you could take an extremely hot or cold but not medium temp shower and water would spew everywhere.
