Staffs were very kind and helpful. She tried her best to assist me with refund of my Penang train tickets. In the end we had to go to Penang as they don’t offer refund. Great room, great service, and great breakfast buffet. We stayed at an Aloft in Stuttgart but the KL Sentral Aloft was better in my opinion. I would gladly stay here, or at any Aloft facility again.
