From the moment we checked in the staff have been faultless, great English, extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed here in order to run the Amsterdam marathon and the experience has been great. Ordered pizzas for dinner here and they were delightful! Freshly made, packed with flavour and delicious! The room was compact but had EVERYTHING you could need, innovative tech made the rooms fun and meant you could control everything seamlessly! Really enjoyed my stay here

Such a high tech hotel. Shower and toilet set up needs getting used to but not a big deal. I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable. So many choices for breakfast, and the staff are great.

Great hotel - great bikes available for free, love the ambient lighting options in the room. Massive and very comfortable beds and loved the rainfall slower with perfect temperature control. All in all excellent. Could have done with some more obvious power sockets but not a big deal.

The check in was very easy. The staff members were all friendly and eager to help. Check out also easy. Loved the iPad in the room to work the lights and blinds. The location is very close to the train station which makes it very easy to get around Amsterdam!

Great location if you want to been the south of the city - very close to the Amsterdam South train station. Overall, a nice clean hotel ideal for business travel with short stays. Only downside was that there was just 1 member of staff at the bar and took a very long time to get served. Its a shame you cannot order food to your room.

The room was quite fascinating as a smart room and its features were exciting. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The bedrooms felt like there could have been a bit of a deeper clean especially on surfaces and the floor and the shower did drip continuously which was quite loud during the nights which woke us up annoyingly, the tv was also quite difficult to connect to apps and didn’t work so well connecting, but the staff were above and beyond helpful!
