Our late check-in went smooth & we got in our room fast. Staff were fast and efficient. We stayed 4 nights. Our first night was a nightmare!! Words don’t describe howTHIN the walls are at this hotel; not even paper. When neighbors MAKE ANY NOISE it’s like they were in your room! Our neighbors were sick hawking up loogies all night long going in & out of their room just letting the door slam behind them; kids crying & you could tell they were sick with some kind of respiratory illness. They sounded so miserable. The kicker was they had 2 room and left the kids in one room and went to sleep in a different room & you could hear the kids coughing and crying all night long. Around 3 AM we got a knock at our door and it was a 4 year boy crying hysterically saying DaDa. We tried to help him that’s how we knew the kids were left unattended. Contacted authorities & front desk. Authorities NEVER showed up! Staff were accommodating & offered us another room, but we didn’t take it because they were checking out following day. As for housekeeping it was NONE EXISTENT! We obviously slept in the next & sacrificed our Disneyland time because we got NO sleep the previous night. (wasn’t offer any discounts for our loss of Disney time) The next morning we told housekeeping we didn’t want housekeeping THAT DAY & they NEVER came back!
On a positive note upon arrival our room was clean, the hotel felt very safe, the exterior was clean, staff is efficient & valet is fairly fast & courteous.
