Our stay was fine. It's nice and close to Disneyland. Our biggest issue was the parking. We didn't understand that there was going to be valet parking in half of the parking lot so that they can make extra money. When we got there there was no self park places left open and they said we could valet for free. The problem was we were driving our electric vehicle and we didn't have our valet key with us, as we were not expecting to have to do this. They wouldn't make any exceptions for us or accommodate our problem in any way. Luckily we saw someone leave and were able to take their self parking spot. This could have been a big mess if we hadn't had that happen.

Staff was nice, Room was clean. If your staying to go to Disneyland, the walk is very close. I do not think we will stay here again tho, the beds were very uncomfortable, the room felt moist even with running the air and the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent.

The Tropicana is always the best day when you’re going to Disneyland. It’s clean it’s close and it’s friendly.

Great location for Disneyland. They have a laundry room which is wonderful, but the process of getting quarters and soap was irritating. You have to go to the front desk for quarters and the store for soap. A heads up from either would have saved the back and forth. The hot tub could have been warmer. Good price, fairly quiet.

Stayed January 2026 for 4 nights. Not the most modern accommodations but I felt comfortable with the price for the convenience and proximity to the parks. Closer to walk than the Disney properties. Pros: Check in/out was painless and quick, staff were all helpful and friendly. Cons: hard to get a decent cup of coffee(rooms and market downstairs used powdered creamer only), showers provided 2 on 1 shampoo/conditioner. Not deal breakers but I would want to know. Our room, while clean and comfortable, was really damp smelling and stuffy. All in all, we had a great stay and despite the few things that I didn’t love, the proximity to DL would have me staying here again.
