We have canceled our reservation because bed linen was wrinkled, as if somebody had slept on it. We tried to change to another room but is was in the same state. The maid responsible for the third floor was very impatient. She told us that the hotel was full and they didn't have time to iron the linen. When she saw that we would not accept it she slamed the door right in front of us.

The moment I pulled up to this hotel I didn’t like it. You have to pay to park there. I nvr payed to park at a hotel. Once inside it was very noisy the staff was not welcoming and the most disgusting part of it all is the staff was trying to swindle me into giving a tip if she was to waive the deposit or parking fee. Once in the room it was I notice it was dirty so I wound up leaving and going to another hotel where I was more comfortable and felt more safe.

I stayed at DoubleTree Atlanta Airport for 6 nights. During this time there was hot water for 2 days only, the cleaning staff only made the bed, provided clean towels, remove the trash for the first two days. On the last day the toilet had a problem; we requested maintenance to have a look at it, we received a plunger. We also had to request house cleaning to go and refresh the room and provide clean towels. I am a Hilton Honors member. This was my worst experience staying at a Hilton property. Employees need to understand that guest have choices. Therefore, they need to be on their "A" game at all times to ensure repeat guest and referrals.
