For one… where does it say we are responsible for paying for parking? it was $26 for literally 6 hours - which was because i checked in at 9pm and my flight was 5am which i left the hotel at 2:30am. secondly…. there was no microwave in the room, im definitely not used to that! imagine your comfortable ready to eat and go to bed for your flight, only to realize you had to go downstairs in your night gown to warm up your meal! Ridiculous… Double tree you cannot be that cheap. The lady at the bar Tasha was AMAZING I would go back just to see her and spend my money! but staying at this hotel is a HECK NOOOO. I am not happy with this hotel as you can see and i’ve stayed at several… This one was the first and last.

This has been the worse hotel I have ever stayed at the rooms are dirty the people are rude only good experience I had was with front desk lady named Jada that assisted me with multiple things but can’t even get cleans towels or toilet paper which is ridiculous.
