Unprofessional and disgusting

The manager checked me in a dirty room on 2/14/25. I had to take pictures of the room. He offered me another room when I mentioned cancelation. I will not be supporting them again. It's so degrading and unprofessional.I was tired and highly disappointed with the service that I paid for.

They have done a mini update to the place but still need work. My room never had a remote & they said they would bring one. I never got it. The hot water is warm & my heat was on 78 all night cause the buttons didn’t work on the heater. I was sweating. I told the lady at the desk & she said my next room will be better.
