The hotel is very worn. The hallways show the hotels age, scuffed walls and stained carpets. We were on the 12th floor. In our room, there was a leak from the floor above, and the bed was full on stains. The sofa was also broken. Housekeeping is hit or miss, often coming late in the day. The only thing going for this hotel is the location- Siam stop on BTS. Other than that, you can find much nicer hotels for the same price or less. Here, you are paying for location. It’s a shame they don’t keep up with general maintenance and appearance. This was our second stay here and will be our last.
