This is a great resort clean, fun, great food and drinks, beautiful beach, comfortable beds, and the staff is absolutely amazing!! The mixologist Elmer made me the most amazing specialty drink, our Butlers Sandra and Iran not only took the greatest care of us but also our friends who traveled with us. We were greeted with a welcome drink and Fernando! He was the friendliest face to show up to, anything we asked him he knew the answer or actually looked up the info so we had an answer.

It was an all inclusive that was not all inclusive. Everybody seem to have something to sell. Only one pool not very many chairs. Not alot of variety of restaurants. We did have a special dinner cooked by chef which was awesome. The service was good but we won’t stay there again. Thank you

Where to start….this place is fantastic. I’m always doing research before I take a trip like this and I saw that people raved about the food. It was so good. The Italian place was delicious. We ate at various restaurants and hit up the buffet while there. The beach course, is wonderful. Staff and bartenders make you feel so welcomed and appreciated. They have staff on the beach to help you find chairs if they are all taken. The hotel itself is quite beautiful. We also enjoyed a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and got to use their inside pool for a while. Loved it. The snack buffet that is pool side was always a hit! The shows were a lot of fun to watch along with their other activities like bingo and poker night. The only negative which honestly didn’t bother me much was the elevators. I had read reviews about the Emma toe situation and still chose to book it. It wasn’t a huge deal to me and doesn’t change the ratings of this place.

Staff were friendly especially the Vibe Team. They worked really hard to entertain the guests. Our room is always clean and all are request were provided promptly. We had the ocean front view and the view is stunning. On our last day, I was so sad to leave but all the memories will be in my heart. We will be back one day for sure.

It’s so called all inclusive but when you’re on the rooftop they want to charge you for drinks and you can’t use the cabana unless you buy a bottle. They hype up this hotel too much it wasn’t what I expected. They also over promise you stuff but it’s all talk never had any issues like I did in this hotel and I come every year to Cancun
