It was perfect

Everything here was great. Nice cool ocean breeze through the lobby, very friendly staff, very clean and modern room. Im sad I didnt get to go to the Muay Thai gym behind the building but I'll try next time I stay here.

This property is within walking distance to the 2 night markets, Cicada and Tamarind. Do remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Minimalistic hotel as long as you do not have too high expectation. Cosy lobby that serves as breakfast area. Room is spacious. Every TV channel is in Thai language.

Hotel in quiet area of hua hin

Great hotel in quiet area of hua hin close to beach. Taxi buses run 2ways making it easy to go to other beach or to shopping malls. Breakfast good.

Perfect except smell water of shower

Everything perfect! We like the pool . Feel like home. Breakfast was not wow but what you gonna expect with this price per night. Just don’t like the smell of shower water

Near Cicada Market, this is a good value. Good breakfast but instant coffee doesn’t cut it. Evenings noisy due to music from bar next door. Good restaurant next door. Beach is a fifteen minute walk.

Very pleasant stay, good location just right in front of the Cicada market and nearby has a nice bar for chill drinks. Breakfast was awesome and love the hotel designed, really enjoyed our stay very much!

very good place and cosy . the ;location is perfect walking to night market and street food. Even it is next to the night bar yet the music sound from downstairs a bit loud for people early sleep or want to go to bed early.

Very nice room with reasonable price. It has a very clean swimming pool. Breakfast is very good. Hotel is next to the "best" beach in Hua Hin, only a few minutes walking. When I arrived late that night, the staffs were ready, helping to carry luggage up to our room. Next day they helped to rent a motorbike (delivered to the hotel). I'll stay again next time in Hua Hin. I would recommend to anyone.

Good hotel to stay close to night market

Good location within walking distance to a few eateries nearby. Small boutique hotel but cozy enough for a good one night rest. Breakfast was basic but was decent.
