It was located in a fantastic area. There was dead bugs and live roaches, there were only two small rolls of toilet paper for the 5 days I was there which would not be enough for two people. There were no paper towels or soap for basic cleaning though the expectation was to have the dishes to be washed before checkout. There was hair on the pillow and on the sheets though they smelled clean. The dehumidifier had to be run for days and have the windows open for the smell of mold to be removed. The location was great. Perhaps if the space was cleaned the day before I got there or the day of, I would have left a better review.

The location of the property was great! But the amenities of the property were far from great... The shower often went cold, the shower curtain and rack fell on one of the girls heads. But main concern was the toilet was unusable for 3/5 of the days we stayed, which resulted us to have to venture out of the way at all hours of the day to use public toilets that we had to pay for. we reported the issue and received no response or help with these issues. At check out we asked for a small refund due to these ongoing problems, and still haven't received any compensation or response from the property.

Loud fitting people, ghetto, dirty inside and outside. Uma (big) cockroach crawling on my daughter’ leg in to the night an other crawling on the floor. We killed one. Not mentioned the smell of the place! Humility on top levels and mold. Hope was a way to post pictures here. Horrible!

Disappointing accommodation

We are not aware or not sure whether description for this house in website already highlight that you can not open the window even there have, since it is on group floor and close to the street. And if you feel stuffing in the house, you can only switch on the portable air conditioning while the exhausted pipe need to put inside the house, I.e the house can not be cool and exhausted air is inside the house. Also, the flushing system in the toilet and shower are awful, the toilet is flood in the 2nd night which make us did not have brave to use it again. We have two people in the house at night and we used the toilet normally. Although problem solved in the next day however it ruin our mood already.

L'appartamento scelto aveva un problema ma i gestori mi hanno chiamato immediatamente offrendomi un'altra sistemazione. Sono stati molto disponibili, gentili e l'appartamento era meraviglioso. Pulizia e accoglienza al top.

Para quem queria passar um noite no geral está bom mas senti me um pouco enganada ao pedirem taxa de limpeza quando ao entrar tinha o chão sujo, lençóis com buracos... Toalhas e lençóis não tinham aquele cheiro a lavado A casa de banho sem luz nenhuma, minúscula e muita humidade, sem ficha para usar um secador. Pelo o valor que se deu no total porque se paga taxa de limpeza mais taxa municipal mais valia ter ficado num hotel É um T1 moderno sim mas vê se que as obras foram feitas as três pancadas... O local era bom Também fui em família é diferente a exigência mas para malta jovem no geral é bom.

MAUVAIS SEJOUR

Nous n'avons pas eu cet appartement, soi-disant qu'il y avait un problème, et non louable, Homing nous a donné un autre appartement (sao bento typical) dans le même quartier et au rez de chaussée comme celui-ci, mais nous avons été prévenu en arrivant à l'aéroport, donc téléphone, longue discussion, difficile de trouver un interlocuteur qui parle français, aussi problème de taxi qui avait l'autre adresse, idem au retour où le taxi nous attendait à cette adresse. Après une brève visite, il a eu l'air de nous convenir, nous arrivions de nuit. Pas de machine à café, pas de feu pour allumer le gaz, une mini poêle (pour cuire un seul œuf), téléphone à Homing qui nous dis faire le nécessaire d'ici 2 heures, mais n'avons vu personne. Le lendemain, durant notre absence, ils avaient amené une cafetière à capsule, marque Delta, donc inutilisable car nous ne savions pas où les trouver. un sms resté sans réponse. Mais le pire a été les nuits, car la cloison était mince, on entendait les gens dévaller les escaliers, à 2 h, 5 h du matin et claquer fortement la porte d'entrée. il y avait aussi une odeur nauséabonde qui sortait de l'évier et lavabo (odeur de WC). Pas content du service de HOMING.

Fotos bonitas e um péssimo espaço.

Claramente o pequeno apartamento estava ainda em obra recente. Quadros no chão. Ar condicionado portátil e não instalado. Pratos e talheres sujos e forno imundo. No banheiro o espaço mínimo para banho não escoava a água. Como eram 6 noites resolvi suportar e acionei o manager apenas para que me desse mais uma cópia das chaves (o que reclamei na entrega do apartamento e eles não cumpriram o que prometeram, entregar outra copia). Eles me atenderam quando liguei e pedi a copia amavelmente. Me senti enganado pelas fotos, e estava com a agenda tomada por compromissos. PÉSSIMO
