This hotel was so great. The location is absolutely perfect. Make sure you pack your walking shoes and you can get to pretty much everywhere in central London! Staff was also incredible. Also free laundry on the second floor if you have a longer term stay.

The room was spacious and clean and well kept. Our toilet didn’t flush in the room however. The lifts were very slow which was frustrating trying to leave the hotel in the morning during high congestion time. The refillable water bottles on the floor was a great idea.

A great stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, quiet, clean room with a very comfy bed and pillows. Ideal location. I would recommend going to breakfast earlier as by the time we got there a lot of items had run out and no tables had been cleared.

Perfect for St Paul's

Arrived early and we were not only allowed to check in early but were upgraded. At an event at St Paul's so the perfect location. Left our bags securely at the hotel free of charge.

Im rating this poor for two reasons. The completely uncomfortable mattress and pillows way too soft, which caused me serious back ache after night 1, and caused me a sleepless night the next. To top it all off, hotel received a delivery at 3am which lasted 30 mins, using loud roll cages and a lorry stationary. No soundproofing. Staff offered coffee and a pastry for tge inconvenience. A hotel that cannot even fulfil the basic of allowing for a good sleep, all to the tune of near £300 p/night. Never again.
