The location was great. The staff was kind, helpful, accommodating on every way possible. We had two rooms and they allowed us to have an available room immediately and later they offered a bigger room. The only problem was the water pressure in sink and shower and hot water often in the sink instead of cold. We will stay here again.

The shower ceiling was mouldy, dirt around edges of shower tray. The TV in the room was tiny and set in the corner of the room against the wall so really unwatchable. The TV was controlled by a tablet which wasn't charged when we arrived so we had to wait til it was charged before we could use it. No room to move around as the room was absolutely tiny. Noise from the road was so loud it kept us awake most of the night. And from the window all you could see was the encampment of tents set up on the opposite side of the road. It didn't feel very safe walking around on the evening

The hotel is very conveniently located for a number of tube lines with a lot of bars and restaurants being within walking distance. The beds are comfortable, the showers big and powerful. The rooms can sometimes be on the smaller side but that's London for you! It has been quiet every time we have stayed. Check in and out is quick and efficient. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfasts are great, although we don't have them often as I'm not really a breakfast person. They always store our luggage in a locked room with a ticket number on our checkout day until we come back at the end of the day.

Good location

This was our second stay at this hotel but this time we were slightly disappointed because of issues with room condition. However staff were helpful and able to fix some of the issues. Elevator buttons in lobby did not work so it was difficult to know if elevator was coming. Room was small as was bathroom but bed was very comfortable. It’s in a good location close to two tube stops.

Staff were so friendly. Got a room without a view which meant it was quiet as it was away ftom road. Easy access for London Euston and the underground. Would use again.

Nice looking comfortable room but there was a regular very loud buzzing mechanical noise from cable boxes in the ceiling. Someone came to look and heard it but said there were no spare rooms so I couldn’t move. A real shame this happened as it spoiled what could have been a comfortable stay.

not particularly good, ran out of key cards for me to check in. got woken up at 4:45am as my room was next to a cleaning closest and emergency exit. The staff kept going in and out of this repeatedly and I couldn’t sleep. Also there was a chocolate wrapper left in my room

There was no lobby and we got in early from an overflight from JFK and were left to walk the streets for hours, we are both in our late 60's and had been traveling with little sleep. we had to carry our heavy luggage up a set of stairs to check in, no assistance offered. The room was tiny, I had to walk sideways to get out of bed. Lack of towels. Shampoo and soap pumps in the shower did not work properly. Shower itself was very good. Hotel did not have any amenities. Room temperature was to warm, even after adjusting themostat.
