Didn't have breakfast there but I did have a small meal the night we arrived and the parsnip soup was excellent. Staff were very good and helpful; the room was clean and well maintained; and the location excellent - walking distance to Euston Station. Would happily go there again!!
Short 1-night work stay. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room clean and very warm (which is very important this time of year). Would stay again for sure.

We arrived 3 hours early and the staff were great let us check in early, room was clean but on the small side, food looked good but never had Breakfast.
Expensive for a standard double £171, location was perfect not far from the station, staff could not fault, just pricy fot the size of the room.
The staff were very welcoming and we even got an upgrade. The room was spotless and we had dinner in the restaurant which was first class service. We weren't leaving London until much later in the day and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them. Excellent service in all areas x
I had booked 2 night stay in a twin room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't have hot water on our first morning but this was recitified once I had notified reception. One thing did annoy me. When one checks into hotels it is not uncommon to be asked to register a credit card and a small nominal transaction takes place, (I assume to check the card works) in case of any billable extras. We had paid for our room in advance and didn't require any extras. However, having checked out (and because i had pre paid) I later noticed on my credit card transactions an additional £9.61 charge against my card. I rang the hotel to ask why I had been charged and was told that it was a service fee which goes to the staff. On the basis I had no hot water on our first day and the fact that wasn't informed of the service fee I asked for it to refunded. I made my first request the day I checked out and was told I would be refunded immediately. One week later I still wasn't refunded so contacted the hotel again who said again they would immediately refund me. 24 hours later they still haven't. Guess who I will be ringing tomorrow.
The hotel is conveniently located near Euston. Check in was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately after I got to my room it didn’t look like it had been properly cleaned as there was hair on the bedding etc. The front desk staff were very apologetic and moved me to another room without any issue. This room was better but unfortunately there were still some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The ceiling was covered in mould in the shower and the sink had no plug meaning I could see the horrible bacterial growth in the drain. It also smelled bad when running the tap. I couldn’t bring myself to go down again so just dealt with it. Aside from this the hotel is good, breakfast was nice and reasonably priced and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were air conditioned and some of them have a mini fridge.
