5 star for the price

We had a lovely stay here, highly recommended. If you don't need anything fancy, it's perfect. The bathroom was big, and the shower was great. The bed was comfortable and we had a peaceful sleep for our two-night stay. Would definitely come back.

Location was great, we were able to walk everywhere or had easy access to the underground. We were in the basement so had no natural light and the room was stuffy, beds were tiny and uncomfortable. The staff were lovely. It was fine for the price but I wouldn’t stay again.

The room was hot and small. Furniture is outdated. Stair was narrow. Housekeeping was doing a great job in keeping the room tidy by providing fresh towels daily and making up the beds. Unfortunately, we will not stay due to the lack of air conditioner and the size of the room for 3.

Good customer service, located near Paddington Station so it was very convenient to get to and from popular tourist areas. A lot of good restaurants nearby as well.
