Great family room, close to Paddington station

Really easy walk to/ from Paddington station. Good size family room, small shower room but it did the job and was a perfect base for an overnight stop. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and offered a spot to park our pushchair overnight on the ground floor as we were several floors up and I don't think there is a lift.

Room was small but serviceable, especially for one night. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet in the room. Price was very reasonable. Staff were wonderful, especially the gentleman who helped us during check in. Situated in an ideal location not far from Paddington Station meaning it was easy to get from here to pther parts of London.

It’s a thumbs down.

Quilts smelt a little fusty. When you rang the tap it then brought a foul drain smelling stink in to the room from the bathroom. Furniture, doors all look rotten wood. The outside of the hotel looks great but the rooms need a very big makeover!

The room had a blood stain on the beds over sheet, the clean towels did not smell clean, and the overall look and feel felt very tired. The mattress was one of the hardest I've ever seen, and felt like sleeping on bricks, overall - Meh.

I would stay here again. Lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. Mimo’s and San Marco’s are great. The morning guy at the desk was exceptional and very helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Glad the offered storage for late departure or early arrivals. This is more like Motel. It was a clean and convenient place. Needs a carpet/floors remodel.

Family room was in basement and so couldn’t open windows so quite hot, had air conditioning though but just disappointed couldn’t open windows as were locked. Otherwise room was very clean, bathroom and shower lovely. Wifi bit hit and miss but location was excellent right near Paddington st and near hyde park. Would stay again when in london as good location and clean rooms

Lovely location, great hotel

Great location 4 minutes walk from Paddington tube station . Friendly Staff. The room was clean. The bathroom was small, but clean. Staff friendly and polite. We would definitely book again.
